Charlotte, NC (July 20, 2022) – RealResponse (@RealResponseHQ), the award-winning leading safe and secure feedback, monitoring and anonymous reporting platform for athletic teams and organizations, announced today that U.S. Soccer will be part of one of the most expansive relationships the platform will have. All athletes, staff, coaches, Senior National Team members, Youth National Team athletes and their parents will have access to RealResponse’s reporting services beginning in the next few weeks.

“Adding U.S. Soccer to our growing lineup of organizations shows the proactive commitment the Federation is taking to ensure their athletes, coaches, and families of their young athletes have a voice when sharing their needs and concerns, and in the prevention of issues before they become ones,” said David Chadwick, the founder and CEO of RealResponse. “As one of the largest, and most influential governing bodies in sport, we believe this relationship can be one of our most impactful.”

“Working with RealResponse demonstrates U.S. Soccer’s continued focus on our athletes’ well-being, and efforts to ensure that multiple reporting channels and resources are readily available,” said U.S. Soccer’s Senior Counsel Alison Kocoras. “We recognize and embrace our role in being part of the solution for athletes, and the platform provides them with a safe and confidential process.”

The RealResponse platform will provide the Federation with:

  • RealResponse’s Anonymous Texting portal will be available to all Senior and Youth National Team athletes, coaches and staff, providing ability to report concerns on training issues, SafeSport concerns, health and safety needs, and more.
  • Each and every athlete, coach and staff with the ability to confidentially and easily share concerns directly with the U.S. Soccer leadership.
  • Reporting line with all parents of Youth National Team athletes, as well as with staff members.

U.S. Soccer is the latest National Governing Body, and the second major soccer organization, to join with RealResponse in the past year. The NWSL as a league and several of its member clubs individually, have also signed on, as well as NGB’s such as USA Gymnastics.
