The Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) has teamed up with RealResponse to elevate the experience for both fans and student-athletes at MVC tournaments and events. This collaboration kicked off during the 2025 Arch Madness tournament, where RealResponse Surveys were introduced to gather real-time feedback and assess fan satisfaction.
Leveraging the convenience of QR codes and text messaging, RealResponse makes it easy for fans to share their thoughts directly from their mobile devices. This streamlined approach not only boosts participation rates but also provides MVC administrators with valuable data to inform decision-making and enhance future events.
“The best way to make an impact and ensure satisfaction is by listening directly to our fans and student-athletes,” said MVC Commissioner Jeff Jackson. “RealResponse’s anonymous feedback feature gives us a clear and honest view of how people are feeling, allowing us to deliver the best possible experience.”
The Arch Madness rollout is just the beginning. The MVC also plans to collect feedback from student-athletes, coaches, and officials during upcoming conference championships. With mobile-friendly surveys, gathering insights from these key groups is simple and efficient—paving the way for greater engagement and continuous improvement.
“We are thrilled to support the Missouri Valley Conference as it continues to build on its rich tradition,” said RealResponse Founder and CEO David Chadwick. “As a former basketball player at Valparaiso University, it’s a personal honor to help strengthen the MVC experience by enabling real-time feedback during postseason play.”
