RealResponse Expands Longstanding Partnership with Texas A&M University to Serve Entire Campus

Building on a trusted partnership with Texas A&M Athletics since 2016, RealResponse is proud to expand its collaboration with Texas A&M University to bring its innovative platform campuswide. As part of this expansion, RealResponse’s fully anonymous reporting system has been integrated into the university’s Tell Somebody Report (TSR) platform, providing students, faculty, staff, and visitors with enhanced tools to report concerning behavior.

Community members can now text 979-269-8268 (TAMU) or email tellsomebody@tamu.realresponse.com to submit anonymous reports—with the added benefit of secure, two-way communication.

“This partnership with Texas A&M is a powerful example of how institutions can prioritize safety, transparency, and communication,” said David Chadwick, Founder and CEO of RealResponse. “We are proud to support Aggieland with our technology to ensure every voice can be heard—safely and anonymously.”

“This collaboration strengthens our ability to respond to community concerns with compassion and action,” said Justin Jeffery, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Texas A&M. “By integrating RealResponse into our reporting infrastructure, we’re expanding trust and access while staying true to our commitment to the well-being of all Aggies.”

This new functionality replaces the previous anonymous submission feature on the TSR form and will be fully integrated by August 2025. Additionally, the Division of Student Affairs has added a full-time team member to help triage reports more efficiently and to ensure a timely response.

Both Texas A&M and RealResponse are committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where every community member has the tools to speak up and seek support.
