US Club Soccer and RealResponse Announce Collaboration to Enhance Participant Safety and Communication at Major Events
US Club Soccer and RealResponse are proud to announce their joint effort aimed at strengthening safety, accountability, and communication during US Club Soccer’s major events, including the National Premier Leagues (NPL) Finals and National Cup Finals.
Through this collaboration, US Club Soccer will leverage RealResponse’s award-winning platform to support real-time issue reporting from players, families, coaches, and fans during its summer championships. RealResponse empowers event attendees to quickly and discreetly share concerns—such as safety issues, spectator behavior, or general misconduct—directly with US Club Soccer staff.
“This is a meaningful step forward in our mission to foster a safe, respectful, and responsive environment at all US Club Soccer events,” said Alison Kocoras, Executive VP and Counsel, Safeguarding and Compliance at US Club Soccer. “RealResponse gives our team a powerful tool to act on concerns in real time, manage situations proactively, and demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding participants.”
RealResponse’s technology will enable US Club Soccer to:
- Receive and manage reports confidentially and efficiently during events
- Support staff in resolving concerns discreetly and quickly
- Improve internal coordination, using tools like threaded conversations and user-specific permissions
- Reduce liability by ensuring faster awareness and mitigation of potential risks
“US Club Soccer’s proactive investment in tools that protect athletes and elevate the event experience reflects strong leadership and a deep commitment to its community,” said David Chadwick, Founder and CEO of RealResponse. “We are honored to partner with US Club Soccer and look forward to supporting them in delivering safer, more responsive championship events.”
The RealResponse system debuted at US Club Soccer events this summer, with the organization’s “see it, share it, stop it” campaign. More information on how to access the system will be provided to attendees in the lead-up to each competition.
