Auburn University Launches RealResponse Campuswide to Support Student Safety
Auburn University is taking another step forward in its commitment to student well-being by launching RealResponse across campus to strengthen hazing prevention and enhance the student experience.
RealResponse is a secure, anonymous reporting platform that allows students to share concerns – whether related to hazing, bullying, mental health, or other issues – through whichever channel feels most comfortable, including text message or email. Reports go directly to Student Affairs administrators who are ready to respond, connect students with resources, and provide guidance.
This move reflects Auburn’s belief that empowering students to thrive outside the classroom so they can succeed inside it is critical to the student experience.
“The safety, well-being, and success of Auburn students is always our top priority,” said Lady Cox, Ed.D., Associate Vice President for Student Affairs. “RealResponse gives our students a trusted way to speak up and seek support, while allowing us to act quickly and appropriately. It’s another step forward in our efforts to ensure every student enjoys a safe, welcoming, and meaningful college experience.”
David Chadwick, Founder and CEO of RealResponse, noted: “Auburn continues to innovate to protect its students and strengthen campus life. We’re proud to provide a safe, confidential way for students to raise concerns, and to support the university’s commitment to fairness, accountability, and community.”
By offering RealResponse campuswide, Auburn reinforces its dedication to creating a supportive and engaged environment – one where students not only succeed in the classroom but also thrive beyond it.
