La Salle University Implements RealResponse to Give Student-Athletes a Voice

RealResponse, the leading feedback and anonymous reporting platform for collegiate athletic departments, is pleased to announce a partnership with La Salle University. With RealResponse’s Anonymous Reporting portal, La Salle will be providing its student-athletes a platform to express their concerns and share feedback as they return to play.

“RealResponse will equip our student-athletes to express feedback to our administration in real-time that we can use to make meaningful change,” said Brian Baptiste, Director of Athletics and Recreation at La Salle. “The student-athlete voice is powerful,” he said. “It is our job as administrators to listen and respond to their concerns, so that we can improve and lead by example.”

La Salle University joins more than 50,000 NCAA Division I student-athletes using RealResponse as a real-time communications platform for sharing feedback with coaches and administrators. Student-Athletes can use RealResponse to anonymously report social injustice, COVID-19 policy infractions, misconduct, hazing, sexual harassment, and more.

“Brian Baptiste and his administration are industry leaders when it comes to addressing head-on important topics like social injustice,” said David Chadwick, founder of RealResponse. “His passion for student-athletes’ well-being has been a priority in his first year of leadership. By providing a platform that fosters an open dialogue with La Salle student-athletes and faculty, he will continue to accomplish these goals.”
