BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Athletics has partnered with RealResponse, the leading feedback and anonymous reporting platform for athletic organizations, director of athletics Jeramiah Dickey announced Wednesday.
The partnership highlights Boise State’s commitment to prioritizing student-athlete health and wellness, safety and experiences by giving student-athletes a platform to communicate with their administration in real time, and if necessary, confidentially. The platform also allows for the ability to centralize the department’s most important documentation and conduct surveys regarding student-athlete experience.
“The student-athlete experience is and always will be the top priority for Boise State Athletics,” Dickey said. “In order to support our student-athletes, they need to be equipped with the tools to be able to communicate safely and securely, and we need the ability to respond in a timely fashion as an administration. Partnering with RealResponse will enhance our ability to do so.”
RealResponse is a powerful web-based platform that offers three solutions: a survey tool for student-athletes to share feedback and rate their schools, a benchmark tool to compare metrics to peer and national averages and the organization’s Anonymous Real-Time Reporting tool to empower student-athletes to report concerns anonymously in real time. Using the platform’s documentation hub, key personnel can securely store and track sensitive information.
Boise State student-athletes join more than 50,000 NCAA Division I student-athletes using RealResponse to share feedback with coaches and administrators. The platform allows for feedback on all things, both positive and negative, that impact the student-athlete experience.
