The online reporting platform will help enhance the student-athlete experience at Eastern Washington
Eastern Washington University athletic department announced today (Dec. 21) a new partnership with RealResponse, the award-winning safe and secure feedback, monitoring and anonymous reporting platform.
RealResponse is an online platform that will help create an atmosphere where student-athletes feel comfortable to explain concerns and provide feedback to the administration in real-time, and if elected, confidentially. The reporting mechanisms included surveys, real-time reporting, anonymous texting and a comprehensive documentation repository. These RealResponse survey and Real-Time Anonymous Reporting products provide a safe and secure way for student-athletes to communicate on issues related to their student-athlete experience.

This platform will allow our student-athletes to communicate with administrators about concerns anonymously, in a private manner,” said Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics Lynn Hickey. “We prioritize the health and safety of our student-athletes and RealResponse will help us to further enhance their well-being while at Eastern. Our commitment is to create a positive experience here and RealResponse will continue to help us ensure that standard.”
More than 100,000 athletes now have the ability to use RealResponse to safely and securely report feed-back, needs, and concerns in real time to administrators regarding team culture, NCAA violations, mental health, social injustice, misconduct, hazing, sexual harassment, and gambling. Athletes can also use the system to highlight successes and best practices which might go otherwise unnoticed.
